Connor founded Fairwinds Marketing in 2021 with the goal of helping maritime related businesses grow. Connor graduated from SUNY Maritime College with a commission in the U.S. Merchant Marines and the U.S. Navy Reserves. He currently holds a U.S.C.G. unlimited tonnage 2nd Mates License, U.S.C.G. 100 tons Captains License, and holds the rank of Lieutenant in the Navy Reserves. It was sailing deep sea that fabricated Connor's passion for helping maritime businesses thrive. In the Merchant Marines and Navy, Connor learned the skills of leadership, teamwork, communication, and problem solving. He takes those skills, the Navy's core values, and the practical lessons learned, and applies them to his everyday business practices.
